About the Role

Our client is looking for a Senior Advisor with strong experience in property-related digitalization, business development, information management, and change leadership.

Main Responsibilities:

• Support the client with strategic and business-related advisory within digitalization, information management, and business development.
• Analyze business needs, processes, system dependencies, information flows, and organizational prerequisites.
• Identify deficiencies, risks, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement in existing working methods and system-related processes.
• Contribute to clearer structures regarding information ownership, master data, data quality, and common definitions.
• Support the business in translating needs into prioritized initiatives, decision support, and actionable measures.
• Contribute with industry knowledge within property operations, property data, customer-centric processes, and digital services.
• Support analysis of how different systems, suppliers, integrations, and information flows affect the business's capabilities.
• Contribute to reducing double work, manual checks, and parallel information sources.
• Provide advice on value-driven use of new technology, automation, data analysis, and digital models of properties.
• Develop and quality-assure recommendations, benefit descriptions, and impact analyses prior to strategic decisions.
• Contribute to ensuring digital initiatives lead to measurable business benefits for tenants, employees, operations, finance, and sustainability.
• Contribute with innovative thinking by proposing modern working methods, technical possibilities, and improvements that create clear business value.

Relevant Experience:

• Property operations, property data, and digitalization of property companies.
• Business development and change leadership.
• Management work, business development, and strategic advisory.
• Property systems, business systems, and complex system environments.
• Information governance, master data, and data quality.
• Digital transformation and data-driven business management.
• Customer-centric processes, service flows, and mobile access to information in the field.
• Automation, data analysis, and smart property solutions.
• Information classification, information security, and security-conscious working methods.
• Project management, team leadership, and anchoring in complex organizations.

Location: Client's office in Hammarby Sjöstad, Stockholm, in combination with remote work.

Required Requirements

The consultant must have:

• Post-secondary education in IT, informatics, economics, business development, or equivalent competence acquired through relevant work experience.
• At least ten years of documented experience in business development, digitalization, business development, or strategic advisory.
• Documented experience from the property industry or property-related business.
• Documented experience working with property systems, business systems, or other mission-critical system environments.
• Documented experience leading or supporting complex change and digitalization initiatives.
• Documented experience analyzing business needs, processes, system dependencies, and information flows.
• Good understanding of information management, master data, data quality, and information ownership.
• Experience in producing decision support, recommendations, impact analyses, and prioritization documents for management or governing bodies.
• Experience collaborating between business, IT, suppliers, and administration organizations.
• Good understanding of information security, data protection, and security-conscious working methods.
• Very good ability to communicate, present, and document in Swedish, both orally and in writing.
• Ability to translate strategic goals and complex issues into concrete, practically feasible steps.

Desirable Requirements

It is desirable if the consultant has experience with:

• Non-profit housing companies, municipal companies, or other public operations.
• City of Stockholm, companies within Stockholm Stadshus AB, or other larger municipal organizations.
• Property operations, energy, maintenance, customer service, or digital services within housing and property activities.
• Digital transformation within organizations with complex system and supplier dependencies.
• Implementation or further development of property systems, business systems, or data and analysis solutions.
• Data-driven business management, automation, or digital models of properties.
• Information classification, information security, or security protection-related work.
• Executive group work, business development, sales, or consulting leadership.
• Project management, program management, or change leadership in larger organizations.
• Development of strategies, vision work, benefit calculations, feasibility studies, or decision support.
